"It's a dream come true that we won the land give away from Moose River Land Company. When we entered the drawing we thought there was no chance at actually winning this great piece of property. Still when we got the call that we had won my wife still had her doubts but just like they said no strings attached and the land is now ours. We've been talking with Dave Alguire for more than two years about acquiring a piece of land in New York. We made the 16 hour trip from Tennessee to meet with Dave in order to see the land we won. Wow! So beautiful, riverfront property with a great building site. This is just so unbelievable! My wife was born in New York state and loves the area and I love to hunt and fish. My son and I make a yearly trip to the area in the Spring to fish, now instead of renting a cabin we will have our own. Dave has been so awesome, he toured us around the area and provided us with so much information that will be helpful in building our cabin. He's so knowledgeable of the area and everything it has to offer.
